1. Are you in Chrome?

2. Click the Camera Icon in the URL Bar. Select "Always allow..." and then click "Done".

3. If that doesn't work...

1. Go to Settings     in Chrome. Then, type "Site Settings" or select Privacy & Security, then Site Settings
2. Select Camera. Enable 'Ask before accessing (recommended)' if disabled. Under "Block", delete any reference to "qme.io" if present
3. Repeat a & b for Microphone

4. Still no luck? In the settings in #3, make sure the correct webcam and microphone are selected

5. Last Resort. Contact your Administrator / Tech Support

3. Select Permissions. Then, select Microphone and "Allow"

4. Repeat #3 for Camera

5. If Mic or Cam are not present:

1. Go to Settings  
2. Scroll down and select "Site Settings"
3. Select Microphone. If Microphone is Blocked, toggle to enable.
4. If https://qme.io is listed under "Blocked", remove this reference by selecting and clicking "Allow" or "Remove"
5. Repeat a, b, and c for Camera

6. Last Resort. Contact your Administrator / Tech Support
